Returns & Exchanges

At Bare Bones, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location for the carrier listed on your return label; be sure to keep your receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
